Flashback

Its getting to be winter around here, and I'm back below in our berth editing videos from the summer. Back in August we shoved Billy into his basket, threw him in the car and took off for some wilderness camping in neighboring West Virginia. If anyone is unfamiliar with US camping regulations heres the nitty. Camping is free in any of the National Forests. Find a site and you can stay there for up to 14 days. State Parks and National Parks all  charge fees for camping, in addition to entrance fees.

I love Billy's basket. We have to poke Gracie in her carrier too. I can't believe he doesn't run off in the woods.

He's a really good camper. Did you notice how he liked to sit on the yoga mat? Yup, he's kind of a priss too.

Oh thanks about the basket. I'm thinking about selling them on ebay. Chopper favorite spot these days is in the basket during the day. Billy pretty much tolerates it but will never ever go into it voluntarily ever since we had to stuff him into it.

I think Billy and Gracie have some matching blood lines. Billy is fluffier though. Gracie associates the carrier with the vet and she HATES the vet.

It must be that Siamese blood. Is she a talker? Billy is quite the vocalist.

Oh that's the difference in Siamese and Birman. She's a Birman, never makes a peep. It surprises us when she does meow. She just turned a year old and I think we've her her meow 5 times. Now growl, hiss, spit and yeowl... we've hear plenty of times. She's brutal.
