Bitter boatwork

Maggie:
Well the first coat of bilge paint has been successfully applied to that beast of a spot under the cockpit! One more to go. Travis made some headway on the galley cabinets as well before the cold got to be too much and we headed home with our tails between our legs. I hate the f#&ing cold!

I don't even know you guys and I love your lives! I'm just browsing around for interesting blogs because I'm on vacation and I'm bored. :) I just started a blog so I'm hoping to meet some fellow bloggers. Take care and happy holidays!

I hate the cold too! It does make wearing the space suit bearable though. :D

Every hour spent working in the cold will just make it that much more enjoyable when you finally escape to a warmer climate. This is what I keep telling myself when it's cold and i need to work on boat stuff. :D

Cheers y'all and Merry Christmas!
Karen

PS. My dog Buster found the stocking stuffers. Emptied an entire bag of hershey's kisses, wrappers and all. The yard will be full of festive christmas poo this year. :D Just glad they were milk chocolate and not dark chocolate.

Boat work is hard enough, I don't know how you do it in the cold... Of course when it gets really hot it is misery as well. Uh, I think it's just misery. We are whining when it gets below 75 degrees here - I guess we got used to the heat after all!
Feliz Navidad! Please take Christmas off from the boat work!

This seems to be the only way I can really enjoy working on boats...vicariously.
